Accuracy of content
Swalk Craft Paraphernalia Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT (for international orders the purchaser is responsible for any import duties and/or tax that may be levied by their own country.). Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swalk Craft Paraphernalia Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Restrictions on purchase
Where the order contains:
a. Knives (including craft knives, scalpels, scissors & replacement blades), by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18. b. Glues and Solvents, by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We operate a live stock system with our retail shop and website. Therefore there may be rare occasions where we are unable to fulfill items from your order due to items being purchased in store prior to web orders being picked. In these circumstances we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you and refunding the value of the said items (via the same method as payment was made). Delivery
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched. We recommend that customers use the "Special Delivery" option if traceable delivery is required.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days to the address specified upon ordering. Should your order include item/s which are out of stock we will ship your order without those items and refund the value of the out of stock item/s. We do not hold back orders.
International orders: will be dispatched via Royal Mail if under 2kg, if over 2kg a carrier will be used. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Payment of your order is processed when you place your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Should you need to return an item for any reason please contact us via email: info@swalkcraftparahernalia.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1642 790070.
Items will only be accepted for refund in the following circumstances:
Items must be:
1. Returned to us in their supplied sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers and
must be unopened.
2. Returned to us within 28 days of receipt
3. Safe return of the good to Swalk Craft Paraphernalia Ltd is the responsibility of the customer.
4. All refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment was made.
This does not affect your statuary rights.
